Automatic Motor Stator Lead Wire Forming Machine
Eurion provides automatic equipment for producing motor stator lead wires and formed enameled copper conductors used in motor connection assemblies.
Integrated Automatic Forming Process
The machine integrates the complete process into one automated system:
Wire Feeding → Straightening → Selective Enamel Stripping → End Flattening/Stamping → 2D/3D Bending → Cutting
This integrated process reduces manual handling and repeated positioning while maintaining consistent stripping locations, flattened sections and final bending geometry.
Forming Capabilities
The equipment supports components with:
- Selectively stripped enamel sections
- Flattened or stamped connection areas
- Complex multi-directional bends
- Different terminal orientations
- 2D and 3D formed geometries
- Multiple conductors for three-phase stator connections
The finished conductors can be prepared for subsequent integration with press-fit contacts, copper terminals, crimped or soldered connections, insulating carriers and overmolded housings.
Typical applications include motor stator lead assemblies, EV traction motor connections, three-phase stator connections and integrated motor power-connection modules.
Drawing-Based Equipment Development
Each project is developed according to the customer’s component drawings, wire specifications, stripping positions, flattened dimensions, bending geometry, tolerances and production requirements.
Eurion provides process evaluation, tooling development, sample verification and automatic equipment integration—from coil-fed material to repeatable finished conductors.
Please share your 2D or 3D drawings and technical requirements for processing-feasibility evaluation and machine configuration.
